Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting from the day

on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
