You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The reason is simple: a lamp is judged in a room, not on a screen. No photograph can clarify whether the light is right in your room - you shouldn't have to pay for that.

The prerequisite is that the goods are unused and returned in their original packaging. We bear the return costs. This voluntary guarantee does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

If a piece arrives damaged, please send a photograph to info@34devs.com. We will send a replacement - no collection and no form.

The damaged piece does not need to be returned; the postage is disproportionate. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
