Shipping and Payment

In-stock items ship in two to three business days.

Each piece is made in small batches and hand-finished. If a color is currently in production, we will ship it once the batch is complete - the date stated on the product page is the one we are working with.

You will receive tracking when the package leaves the house, not when the label is printed.

Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order. There are no additional costs.

Delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 1–3 working days
• European Union: 3–7 working days
• Other countries: 7–14 working days

The times mentioned are estimated times from the shipping service provider and are not guaranteed dates.

We ship internationally.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and will be collected from you by the delivering transport company.

We do not under-declare shipments to avoid such charges.

Each piece is shipped in a custom-made carton. The light bulb is enclosed separately.

The packaging is designed to withstand a return – please keep it until you are sure.

The payment methods shown in the order process are available. You can see which ones they are at the checkout.

The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of your order. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no sales tax is charged and therefore not shown on invoices.

Solange die Bestellung noch nicht versandt wurde, ändern oder stornieren wir sie am selben Werktag — schreiben Sie uns einfach.

Nach dem Versand wird daraus eine Rücksendung. Das ist ebenso unkompliziert, dauert aber länger. Siehe Widerrufsbelehrung.

Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von zwei Jahren ist gültig. Leuchtmittel sind davon ausgenommen, da sie zum Wechseln bestimmt sind.

Fassungen, Kabel und Schalter sind Standardteile und bei uns vorrätig. Fällt eines davon aus, senden wir Ihnen das Ersatzteil mit einer Anleitung zu oder nehmen die Leuchte zurück und setzen sie hier instand – beides ist uns lieber, als ein ganzes Stück zu ersetzen.
