Printed resin, in short runs, then finished by hand. It is not glass and does not pretend to be — resin holds the wall thickness we need to get an even glow without a visible bulb, and glass at that thickness would not survive shipping.

Bases differ by collection: ceramic in Lumina, brass in Astra, powder-coated steel in Elora and Luna.

Close, but not exact, and no shop can promise otherwise. A lamp is lit from inside, so its colour changes with the wall behind it and the light already in the room — the same shade reads warmer against oak than against white plaster.

The photographs are taken switched on, in a plain room, unretouched. That is the most honest version we can show you.

Around 400 lumens — enough to light a corner, a bedside, or a shelf, not enough to be the only light in a room. They are made to be one of several sources rather than a ceiling fixture's replacement.

No. Nothing here is rated for damp or exterior use — the resin is fine, the fittings are not. A covered balcony in dry weather is the furthest we would go, and that is at your own risk.

Regularly. When a colour is out it stays listed with the date the next run is expected, rather than disappearing, because the run is usually weeks away and not months.

Two to three working days for anything in stock. Pieces finishing in a current run ship as that run completes, and the date on the product page is the one we work to.

You get a tracking number when the box leaves, not when the label is printed.

Yes. Duties and import charges are not included and are collected by your local carrier on delivery — we do not mark parcels down to avoid them.

Until it ships, yes — write and it is done the same day. After that it becomes a return, which is easy enough but slower.

Thirty days, unused, in its box, and we pay the return postage. This is the one thing a photograph genuinely cannot settle, so it would be unfair to charge you for finding out.

Send a photograph and we send a replacement — no collection, no forms. The broken one is not worth the postage back to us.

Yes, and we would rather do that than replace the whole piece. Fittings, cords, and switches are all standard parts, held in stock, and we will post them out with instructions or take the lamp back and do it here.

A dry cloth, switched off and cool. No solvents and nothing abrasive — the resin has a hand-sanded surface and a cleaner will haze it permanently.

Brass bases in Astra will darken over the years. That is oxidation, not a fault, and polishing it back is a matter of taste rather than maintenance.
